Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a dynamic talent to join USANA as market development manager/ senior market development manager. In this role, you are responsible for planning and executing market development programs that strengthen the company’s relationship with its independent Brand Partners. The role focuses on delivering and managing training, recognition, and motivational initiatives that support Brand Partner engagement, leadership development, and business growth, enabling them to effectively promote USANA’s products and business opportunities.
What You Will Do as a USANA Market Development Manager
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Brand Partners and emerging leaders to support engagement, retention, and business growth.
• Responsible for the identification and development of emerging leaders through regular field engagement, coaching, and follow-up development actions.
• Plan, oversee and execute market development initiatives, including business roadshows, training sessions, workshops, and leadership meetings, aligned with the annual market development plan.
• Coordinate and deliver recognition and incentive activities, including rank advancement recognition, local incentive programs, and awards-related initiatives.
• Implement market development calendars and ensure timely execution of planned activities and programs.
• Monitor participation, engagement, and outcomes of market development programs, providing regular updates and observations to management.
• Gather market feedback, field insights, and competitor observations, and share relevant information with the senior market development leadership team.
• Provide market and field performance analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Manage program-related budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to approved allocations.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and regional teams to align execution, share best practices, and support cross-market initiatives.
• Ensure proper follow-up, documentation, and accountability for assigned market development activities and field engagements.
• Collaborate closely with regional and corporate teams to align strategies, ensure consistency in approach, and share best practices across markets.

• Foster strong working relationships with all functional teams at local, regional, and global levels.
• Lead a culture of teamwork, collaboration, creativity, and high performance among assigned staff.
• Train, develop, and supervise assigned staff, fostering their professional growth.
• Participate in implementing new practices for continuous improvement in a growing and cost-conscious environment.
• Required to travel domestically and internationally on weekends and nights as required at USANA/brand partners events.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements
• Must have at least a bachelor degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in management positions within the Direct Selling industry. Role seniority may vary depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin and is able to present in public seminar in those languages. Knowledge of other languages or dialects will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially PowerPoint and excel.
• Pleasant, out-going with good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and results-oriented, have good organization skills and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Effectively and efficiently perform all essential job duties and responsibilities with or without direct supervisor and without posing a direct safety threat to others or self.
